From Ushuaia, we took a two-and-a-half hour cruise of the famous Beagle Channel named after Charles Darwin's boat.
It was a beautiful sunny day and, besides beautiful scenery, we saw several types of wildlife native to the area.
We also sailed around what is known as "the lighthouse at the end of the world," however, we were told there actually was one further south.
